Donna Grantis - Gitarristin

Gitarristin Donna Grantis ist eine Kanadierin mit makedonischer Abstammung. Sie spielte für den letzter Woche verstorbenen Prince in seiner "All Girl" Live Band, unter anderem trat sie auch für die Bands 3rdEyeGirl und The New Power Generation auf.  Beide Großeltern väterlich-seits stammen aus der Kostur Region und mütterlich-seits aus der Kostur und Lerin Region in Ägäis Makedonien, heutiges Nordgriechenland. Donna ist in Kanada geboren und aufgewachsen, in ihrer Karriere gab sie auch Konzerte in Skopje so z.B. auf dem 15. Blues und Soul Festival. Facebook Homepage

MASTERFUL GOAL OF DANIEL GEORGIEVSKI FOR DRAW FOR MELBOURNE AGAINST LEADER PERTH GLORY

Georgievski in 63rd minute with master shot to level the score, after guests earlier in the first half came to lead.

Macedonian midfielder Daniel Georgievski apparently returned to championship form in Australia, scoring today in the 20th circuit wonderful goal in the draw (1-1) for Melbourne against the leader Perth Glory.

Interestingly, Georgievski at Melbourne Victory played on left-back position, and place that is problematic in our national team and creates major problems to coach Bosko Gjurovski.

It will not be surprising if in the two upcoming matches against Belarus in qualifying for Euro and the friendly against Australia this month, Daniel Georgievski wins the trust for left-back position.

Earlier, because of the incident with Addis Jahovic, Daniel Georgievski was excluded from the national team, but once he apologized it is expected to get a chance again, given that his qualities are more than needed in our team.


Melbourne Victory is currently fourth place in the table with 34 points, three points behind and with competition less than leading Perth Glory.
